Puffin With A Beakful

Another classic Puffin bird piece I worked on to round off the year.

If I’ve not said this before—and if you haven’t picked up on it—Puffins are one of my favourite birds.
Aside from their monochromatic plumage offset by brightly coloured beaks (at least on the males), puffins look so innocent and are sometimes quite derpy, but still manage to survive the hardships of their environment and breed, and feed themselves and their chicks, while also in some places avoiding being eaten!

In any case, it’s nice to see an image of this fantastic bird with a bounty of fish in its beak and it fills me with hope for its future, though bleak it may seem.

Anyways, let me know what you think of Puffin birds and this piece.
