I wanted to create a new badge for my website and update the identity, so I started conceptualising. I began with a more straight-laced contemporary design, but then I thought it might be nice to incorporate more of my own personality into the design, so I added a flight trail to the cursor/star device, a starfield in the background, and used an old typeface I had drawn up with a while ago; Minim.
I toyed around with some icons as well and came up with the following designs:
I think it turned out pretty nice in the end don’t you think? Let me know if you think it works.
